“We are a gospel-centered community, glorifying God, serving our city and helping people find and follow Jesus.

GOSPEL-CENTERED

The gospel of Christianity is the news that God saves sinners in the midst of and out of a broken world through Jesus’ life, death, resurrection and ascension. We believe that the gospel changes everything, and that Jesus ought to be the center of life for every Christian and for every church.

COMMUNITY

We are a multi-generational, multi-cultural, welcoming, loving, forgiving, generous and kind community. We desire to live in grace and truth, act like family for one another and be a beacon of hope to those around us, domestic and abroad.

GLORIFYING GOD

We believe that the purpose of humans is to glorify God, through enjoying His presence and living to honor Him as our eternal creator King. We therefore seek to honor Him in our words, our actions and our lifestyle. 

SERVING OUR CITY

We follow Jesus and the historical church in combining gospel speech with gospel deeds. We seek to serve the poor around us in the many different ways one can define poverty.

HELPING PEOPLE FIND JESUS

We exist to help people come to know Jesus. We therefore engage in personal evangelism as well as evangelistic events. We invite our friends, family and neighbors to church and to small groups so that they can investigate the person and works of Jesus and come to eternal life through Him.

HELPING PEOPLE FOLLOW JESUS

We help people learn how to follow Jesus in their everyday lives through gospel-centered preaching, classes on Sunday mornings, mid-week Community Groups, an annual winter bible study weekend, retreats and conferences, and personal discipleship.
